Enter through the patio doors into the inviting lounge area, furnished with a comfortable 3-seater brown leather sofa adorned with scatter cushions. A side table, coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, along with a DVD player, complete the entertainment setup. Adjacent to the lounge, you'll find a dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals or gathering for quality time together.

A few steps lead up to another level, where a desk and a well-equipped kitchen area await. The kitchen features modern appliances including a tall fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, and a washing machine. Additionally, a convenient downstairs cloakroom with a wash hand basin and WC is available for your comfort.

Ascend the stairs to discover the cozy bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, bedside tables with bedside lights, and fitted wardrobes accompanied by a dressing table with a mirror and stool. Both air conditioning and a ceiling fan are provided to ensure a pleasant temperature. Please note that the lead guest must be 25 years or older, and we kindly request that the property is reserved for families only. To ensure a peaceful environment, we do not accommodate groups of all males or all females.
