windows. Kitchen has all the essential. open living area with a wood burning

stove and two sleeper sofas. Up a couple of steps the the bedroom and the

Queen size bed and a full bathroom. No matter what time of year, this sunny

condo provides a most comfortable "home away from home feeling" and mountain

fun is just a step out the door! Located near the Bear Valley Library, it is a

short walk to all other village amenities including the disc golf course,

Adventure Company/Gas Station, and village commercial center where you will

find the Lodge, General Store, restaurants, bars and can catch the shuttle to

the slopes.

**Condos are centrally located and in close proximity to all village

amenities** 2 minute walk to the village.

Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk

guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge

$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper

accommodations.
