'Nette kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Hele goede ligging. Fijn hotel!'

'Nette ruime kamer met kleine douchecabine '

'One of my worst experiences. I was there during the heat wave in Berlin and it was absolutely a heat dome inside the hotel with no AC anywhere and only a handful of table fans. I confirmed with the staff to arrange a fan for my room prior to my arrival and was denied one at the reception. There was no follow-up and no attempt or effort made to arrange this minimum requirement. In the last night there were random knocks in our hotel room and we were unable to even contact reception since there...

'No remarks'

'When I arrived, I discovered that I couldn't flush the toilet. The flush button and its components were just laying on the washbasin, leaving a hole where the button should have been. The reception staff could not offer me another room. Later that night, I woke up and saw bedbugs in my bed. Although the reception was easily reachable by phone and WhatsApp, they were unable to offer an alternative at that time. I checked out the next morning and received a refund, which was handled quickly.'

'Nothing worked. No front desk and only ai to talk to when things go wrong (and they did every day)'

'U-Bahn Stadion direkt vor der Tür. Columbia Halle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer klein aber sehr modern und sauber. Kostenloser Kaffe in der Lobby. Top.'
