'Parking was easy and secure. We missed having breakfast. At the present time, proprietors are only able to provide coffee & recommended a local bakery where we purchased delicious scones. I would advise older adults with mobility issues to try to book carriage as Eliza room and other rooms in house required climbing long staircase. Fortunately Ben, one of proprietors, offer to carry our luggage. Overall it was a positive experience. '

'We had a cute little antique looking room with a huge jetted bathtub, AC, and heat that worked well. She brought us a great breakfast each morning and always asked us if we needed anything. Very cute place to stay!'

'We loved that the room had its own personality and was very comfortable. We needed our breakfast an hour early and they were happy to accommodate us; it was also delicious! Good coffee, too. Having an assigned parking space was very helpful due to the scarcity of good parking near the walkable downtown area. If we get a chance to visit Eureka Springs again, we would love to stay here again.'

'This is the cutest place ever. Very clean and great innkeepers. The breakfast was so delicious. They go above and beyond. We didn't get to try the hot tub since we were on a time schedule due to a wedding but this is a place we'd love to come back to some time and just chill. My big recommendation.'
