'A little outdated and worn, but still a fantastic five star hotel in terms of amenities, service and ambience, all very much in the old-style luxury model. A great way to pamper yourself, especially if you book their Red Level accommodation. In the Salamanca district, right next to Plaza Colón, taxi's in front of the door, footsteps away from public transport and walking distance from Retiro, El Prado and other sights. The personnel could not be more professional and helpful. Very recommendable.'

'Vlotte en vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie. Kunt daar op dag van vertrek ook veilig je koffers opslaan. Schone en ruime kamer, voorzien van douchespullen. Bedden vonden wij iets te hard en de kussens te dun/zacht maar dat is voorkeur. Prima ontbijt met ruime keus aan eten en drinken. Locatie ligt super centraal, op 5 minuten lopen van Gran Via, Koninklijk Paleis en Plaza Mayor. Ook de metro op enkele minuten lopen.'
