'This property is a really old house very well located in a quiet part of Arenas. Very handy for the bus to the Ruta de Cares and a few mins walk from the centre of Arenas with shops and restaurants etc. It was nice to stay in a house with history and the neighbours were very friendly. It’s also very close to a football pitch which our boys took advantage of. The only reason I’ve given it 3 stars is that I think it is very overpriced. 'Perfecte locatie, kan niet beter. Slecht restaurant, geen sfeer, geen vriendelijk ontvangst en het eten leek zo uit de magnetron te komen. Het ontbijt is het slechtste wat ik in lange tijd heb gezien, nauwelijks keuze in brood of beleg. Geen eitje en superslechte koffiemachine. Bijzonder gehorig en tot middernacht spelende kinderen op de gang… Echt jammer want in potentie is dit een top-hotel op top locatie. '

'This is NOT a 4 star boutique hotel. It lacks the maintenance and minimum standards to be a 4 star hotel. The hotel is humid and smells like mold. Our room had a nice amount of spiders and flies in it. We were given a plastic Flyswatter to kill them. There’s no ACs in the rooms, which means even if the air cools down to 26C your room will be very humid. The bathroom and toiletries were very nice, the bed was comfortable. The hotel claims to have working space in the rooms, which is not the case....
