It had sufficient (old) amenities although the beds were hard and a little uncomfortable. Cabin 7 had no parking space but the biggest issue was that there were rats.
Booker because of the ratings. Ad says secluded and quiet. First cabin had not been cleaned, but was up and away from main road. Second cabin we were moved to had air freshener sprayed and the bed was made but it wasnât clean. It had been destroyed from a party and you could see where pictures were ripped off the walls, splashes of food and drinks were on the walls, all of the cookware was filthy. I spent the entire night of our first night cleaning. Called and spoke with property manager. She was nice and advised we would be getting a refund, but have not heard from her since. Will update when I hear back.
First place had a sewer issue but was clean and TV did not work Lindsey was very professional and moved us to another cabin which also had T V broken and unable to to use but was clean and plumbing was way better the place was in need of some TLC on the lawns and limbs were down, guaranteed a place to ruff it .Manager was really working at our comfort.
I never received an email from anyone about needing the credit card info until I was at the cabin. I never received my code to get into the cabin and could not reach anyone at the cabin property management and after hours of trying finally reached an Expedia employee whose only help was to put us in a motel miles from our destination. My grandchildren were tired and hungry so I chose to bring them back home! We were all upset that we didn't get to experience the cabins at Turner Falls!
Stayed for 2 days, there no phone signal. The tv and satellite didnt work. Only 2 light bulbs worked. I had to take light bulbs from the back and front porches just to have light in the bathroom and kitchen. No parking. I had to move large rocks just to park in the grass other wise i would blocked the road. 60 percent of the trim around the roof was covered in wasp nests. And how close it was to the highway i would get woken up from the traffic. I urge everyone to not rent the cabins.
WE CANCELLED!! We had no information on which cabin we were to stay in and after repeated phone calls all we could get was a recorded message to visit the web site. After several hours of frustration, we gave up and drove 235 miles back home to Texas. If anyone even thinks about renting a Cedarvale cabin, don't do it.
