Renovated in a beautiful wooded environment, this independent house is the Gîte de la Tuilerie, with a capacity of 6 people. Independent gite (120 m²), including:

On the ground floor :
Kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave
Living/dining room (50 m²) with TV, DVD player, fireplace and wifi access
Shower room/WC

Upstairs :
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 (cot on request)
2 bedrooms with 2 single beds
Bathroom/WC with washing machine

Walled wooded garden (1200 m²), closed garage and awning with summer kitchen, garden furniture, barbecue, table tennis, climbing frame. Bikes on request.
Gas heating (supplement according to consumption)
Sheets provided and cleaning fee included.
Pets not allowed.
The keys will be given to you upon your arrival.

From Paris, take the A6B then the A10 exit N°11 Allainville. At the roundabout, take the direction of Etampes, then turn right onto the D17 towards Garancières-en-Beauce. Cross Garancières and take the D118. Cross Vierville and continue to Ardelu. The gîte is located at 2 rue de la Tuilerie.
End of stay cleaning is included.
