'Great location inside the walls of Montelpuciano. Town was uphill from the apartment. Fernanda was very quick to reply on What's App and had a great bottle of wine waiting for us. The closest parking lot was always full during the day but was still able to park in the free white parking spots as long as we came back after 4:30ish.'

'Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben - einfach, aber einfach schön. Die Lage im Ort Montiano kann zentraler und beschaulicher nicht sein. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und schnell. Im Ort ist für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt. Von Montiano aus kann man das Umland mit dem Auto erkunden und auch die Strände sind schnell erreichbar. Wir sind jetzt Toskana-Liebhaber. Anja & Maik aus Greifswald'

'The opportunity to stay in this quiet hilltop village is quite amazing and then there is the apartment, itself! Quite spacious with so many areas to relax, especially on either of the two terraces… the views. Anna Maria has everything necessary for preparing food and large, comfortable bedrooms to rest. There are so many sites to explore within a short driving distance loved Magliano & Talamone, beautiful! Our only regret is that this tone we weren’t able to stay here longer… love to...

'We were more than happy with the apartment. We spent 3 nights and it was our favorite place out of our 10 day stay in areas of Italy. Nathan was more than accommodating. He was very friendly, easy to contact and genuinely cared about us being happy. The location was quiet and wonderful. We will be back for another stay, only longer next time.'

'Wir haben schöne und erholsame Tage mit der Familie dort verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist etwas abgelegen, deshalb sehr ruhig und erholsam, dennoch aber ist man mit dem Auto in ca. 20/25 Minuten in Castiglione della Pescaia oder Grosseto. Wir hatten viel Spaß in dem tollen Pool, so kann man auch mal gern einen ganzen Tag in der Ferienwohnung und im Garten verbringen.'

'This property is very special. The view is amazing and the house itself has been beautifully renovated but retains the old world feel. The rooms are huge and it has everything you could ask for. We stayed for several days and didn't even leave the town of Montepulciano as there was so much to explore. It was a real pleasure to stay here and we were all sad to leave.'
