« Place looked to be recently renovated, very clean and comfortable in a quiet little neighborhood. This was our first time staying in someone's home, we have always rented hotel rooms so didnt know quite what to expect. We were very satisfied with everything, check-in was super easy, plenty of amenities and the mini golf course was a nice twist. »

« The host communicated everyday and was willing to solve any issues we might have had. Located close to Gainesville (15 minutes). A few good restaurants nearby especially Watershed. Not a kid environment at night but food was good. If you want to sleep more than 6-7, bring an air mattress. John »

« Everything about the property was great except the fact that no one could watch TV because the internet was out. Not the host fault but did make for a boring stay while we were there. Aside from that we had absolutely no complaints! It was a beautiful house! »

« My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again! »

« Great place for the family to hangout and spend quality time. We love our games and it was fun to play cornhole, pool and foosball. We also brought cards and games of our own and they had good tables to play on. Nice size dining room table for eating together. »

« This place can be deemed a 'college apartment' - not really meant for families that want the comfort of home. As others have said, the kitchen lacks basic essentials. Also, there were only towels for two people instead of four - and the bed linens were minimal. « Great place for hosting a pool party w plenty of places to sit. Pool was big and we used the gas grill for a cook out. Plenty of parking space and very close to Publix food store. The pool was very cloudy and hard to see the bottom even though it was supposedly cleaned 24 hours prior to arrival. Cleaned as in maybe just netting the larger surface stuff just prior? « We were in town for a sports tournament and this house met all of our needs. We loved the quiet location. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and darts. Will was a great host. We will stay again when we come back in the fall. »
