Tucked away between majestic trees and impeccable mountains, The Wine Estate is settled in the quiet idyll of rural bliss.

*The Estate also features a brand new Tennis Court. One of the Pools can also be heated upon request and with an additional fee.

An Overview of the impeccable Wine Estate
Admire the pristine nature that unfolds just in front of you. A hidden gem centrally located on the island of Crete. You will have the chance to enjoy fruits, herbs, wine and olive oil, produced by the property itself, always depending on the season and the availability. In the heart of Crete, a luxury private estate with the highest quality standards, where you can live the summer all year long.

The captivating location will allow you to enjoy the rarely explored nature of Crete, with small gorges, as well as picturesque monasteries and chapels surrounded by wine fields and olive groves that bring to mind images of Tuscany and Bordeaux. The close proximity  to the North-West national road will allow you to travel with ease to both seashores and enjoy the gorgeous beaches of the island. Fall asleep to the sound of the cool breeze and gaze out to the enviable olive grooves & vineyards and sky views as you let this luxurious sanctuary lure you under its spell.

*Experiences & Events
The Wine Estate is available to corporate events and private celebrations such as weddings, baptisms or parties. It is also a magnificent spot for wine lovers & sommelier gatherings. The residence and its surrounding outdoor areas can always adapt according to the wishes of its guests,  to anything from a wedding venue to a yoga retreat. There is Wine Cellar dinning room, where you will have the chance to taste and buy the wine of your choice, as we are committed to finding a variety of the very best wines and making them available to our guests.

Interior Layout - Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The Estate consists of 7 Residences which are rent together as one, for unique group gatherings or family retreats. The whole estate can accommodate up to 26 guests in total. There are 9 Bedrooms & 10 Bathrooms with possibility of 21 guests sleeping in real beds and 5 more guests can be accommodated in sofa beds.

“Rogdia“
In the entrance of the gorgeous Estate you will be welcomed by the first residence of the Estate, which is actually a one-room apartment, boasting a double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower. A fridge is also available. The maximum capacity is 2 guests. This secluded room is also wheelchair friendly.

“Basilicum”
The Basilicum Residence features a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed and en suite walk-in shower. A mezzanine bedroom offers two single beds, with two more single beds a few steps below. The private lounge includes comfy seating and a TV, while an extra bathroom with shower and double sink sits next to the kitchen. Accommodates up to 6 guests.

“Dafne”
Entering the residence, you’ll find elegant contemporary interiors with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. It includes a double bed, a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, and a sofa bed for one guest. An en suite bathroom with shower is located next to the kitchen. Situated on the first floor, it offers direct access to a stunning terrace and accommodates up to 5 guests.

“Louisa”
Louisa residence can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests, featuring a king size bed (that could be formed to 2 single beds as well) and an en suite bathroom with shower. A kitchenette and sitting area is also there to welcome you. The bedroom is effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. Last but not least, the residence boasts direct access to a terrace.

“Menta”
Entering the residence, you will find yourselves into the elegantly furnished living room and dining area unfolding just in front of you. A kitchen is also there to welcome you for your daily needs. What’s more, Menta boasts a separate bedroom with a king size bed, as well as an en suite bathroom with shower. The maximum capacity of the residence is either two adults and two children,(that could be accommodated on the sofa bed) or 3 adults ( the third adult could be accommodated on the sofa bed). With direct access to the impeccable terrace & sensory pool.

“Levanta”
Elegant interiors, soft textures and salvaged antiques decorate this characterful residence. Consists of a separate bedroom with a king size bed with ethereal elegance, as well as an en suite bathroom with shower. A colourful dining area is there to welcome you, as well as a kitchen and a living room area. The maximum capacity of the residence is either two adults and two children,(that could be accommodated on the sofa bed) or 3 adults ( the third adult could be accommodated on the sofa bed). What’s more, there is direct access to a terrace with a large outdoor dining area and pool.

“Milia”
The last newly built residence of the Estate, located on the first floor, features one master bedroom with a king size bed , as well as two single beds (that can be joined and form double bed) which can accommodate up to 4 guests in total. Two en suite bathrooms with shower are also available, a kitchen & a dinning area.

External Living
Tranquillity and romance unfold in the heart of the Cretan countryside at our rough-luxe self-catering Estate, set in 30000m2 of outstanding natural beauty. The incredible outdoor area, is embellished with two private swimming pools. One of the pool can also be heated with an additional fee. The pool terraces are equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities (gas) are also available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over in the lovely outdoor dining area. An outdoor shared bathroom is also available with shower.

Additionally, for your better comfort and as we constantly strive to achieve the highest quality facilities, a lounge area is also available, with comfy sittings featuring a large Smart T.V & Netflix connection as well as a Playstation 4 console for countless hours of joy and relaxation. Moreover, an indoor gym equipment is available for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday…exercise daily using with some weights, multifunctional machine!, matts and ropes & gym balls.! For our younger friends, there is an outdoor playground available or they can wonder around the impeccable gardens & vineyards and get reconnected with nature.

For Relaxation
A dip in either of the two available pools followed by a sparkle-cocktail (or iced tea for those wanting a real detox) is sure to rejuvenate you. Whatever the day's adventures bring, you can be sure of a magical evening back at the Wine Estate for an indulgent recline.

Practicalities
There is free parking space inside the Villa’s premises for 2 cars and free public space for 3-4 more cars at the entrance road. The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso machine with capsules & Filter coffee machine, (all residences), Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryers, central fully equipped kitchen!

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 70€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

*For the use of the tennis court there is an additional fee required of 40euros per day use, tennis rackets and balls will be provided/included. Kindly let us know at least two days prior to your arrival if you wish to use the tennis court. No additional cost in case you bring your own rackets and balls. Tip: Sports Shoes.

You are invited to experience our traditional local cousin. Homemade meals could be arranged upon request by a local cook and excellent local products, be immersed of the Authentic Cretan Cousin. You could arrange a Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner directly with the host at your arrival. Kindly note an additional cost will apply.
