'Uitstekend appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt, incl. Garage. Top voor de locatie in Dolceaqua. De incheck kan beter, uitleg v keuken apparatuur, airco etc. WiFi was er niet ondanks mails naar verhuurder. Verhuurder heeft wel geantwoord maar WiFi probleem is niet opgelost. Met tieners en jong volwassen een echt gemis. Verder genoten van lokatie en het dorp Dolceaqua'

'Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war mehrheitlich sauber, sehr schön gelegen, nahe an Nizza und den Bergen. Allerdings gibt es mehrere unpraktische Dinge in der Wohnung: Duschvorhang sehr schlecht montiert, man hat kaum Platz zum Duschen; die Pfannen in der Küche haben keinen Griff; es hat nur drei Tassen; der Toaster schaltet alle Sicherungen raus…'

'The little house was fine, garden, swimmingpool and 2 terraces were very nice. Some nice hikes can be done for 20 minutes. Only negative is a very small, steep road towards the house of about 1.5 km which does not easily allow for big cars or cars without 4 wd and son people didn’t want to drive there. The host was very kind and answered all questions in time'

'We had a terrific holiday even closer to Nice than expected. Within 15 minutes in the city center by car. Cannes and Monaco within half an hour. The house was very clean and the owners very friendly. It also had the best swimmingpool we’ve ever seen. We were very happy with our choice for this house!'

'It looks bigger on the pictures , parking places are a problem , only Italian electricity spots ( adapters present but not enough ) , no light on the small terras … but it’s a nice house and a pool ! Close to the lakes of Lecchiore and Imperia !'

'The property is spacious and a great place to stay. My family enjoyed a late summer vacation at the end of September. The pool is perfect for cooling off with fantastic views over the hills around Nice. We cooked most nights and sat on the terrace enjoying the warm evenings and views as the sun went down . I would recommend but a car is essential. Lena was a welcoming host and communicated well throughout our stay.'

'Wir haben 16 wunderschöne Urlaubstage in Roquebrune erlebt. Tolle Lage mitten im Ort trotzdem sehr ruhig (kein Autoverkehr im Zentrum möglich). Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter schnell und sehr zuverlässig, hat alles gut beschrieben und erklärt / Info Blatt mit vielen wertvollen Tipps. Auch während des Aufenthalts nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist. Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Besonders die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. 'XL terrace with splendid view over the mountains towards the sea. Since the terrace was so big there was always a spot with shadow. Nearby padel field for our teenagers :). A little bit of wind from the sea was good at warm days. Very convenient apartment. Everthing was there. Very clean and comfortable bads. '

'Apres avoir affronté un accès périlleux, que se soit en voiture ou à pied, on decouvre cette charmante maison aux multiples espaces qui ont chacun une vue magnifique sur le Cap Martin et sur la mer. L'accès à la très agréable plage du Buse par des escalier est très agréable à la descente mais plutôt sportif à la remontée. L'endroit est idéal pour passer des vacances en famille.'

'The location has a great advantage and a disadvantage. It's near the train station It's technically in France but in walking distance of the casinoes etc - Wifi was very bad in my room (2nd floor). Sometimes there was a connection but it dropped suddenly, of sometimes I couldn't even make the connection at all. Switching to 4G was difficult as well, because it's on the border of EU and non-EU. Breakfast guy was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!'
