« The carpet was stained in the rooms. Could use some updates. Hair on the bed. Could look over the cleanliness of the room before guests check in. There’s a lot of children that stay here that contributes to the stains in the carpet and messy floors. »

I absolutely loved every single moment of our stay. The location and availability to shops and restaurants was awesome!! Thank you Windsor Hotel and staff for a wonderful experience. »

« Location is excellent. Staff is very friendly. Only three handicapped spots in gated guest lot that fill up quickly. Did not like the $10.00 a day parking fee and lack of compl. breakfest. Both should be included for price of rooms. Not sure if we will stay there next trip. »

« The view is absoluly Amazing and the hotel is a real New England atmosphère. Although the hôtel was not full at this time of the year, it was very noisy. Trying to relax in our bedroom was almost impossible, our neighboors were very loud. The spa is not a spa at all. Treatments were excellent, I would have liked to relax in a hot tub. »
