« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. The property was very clean and spacious. The area was quiet and we felt safe. One of the many highlights was feeding the squirrels that came up to the kitchen door every morning! They were very entertaining and so cute! The backyard was very enjoyable too with the pool and dining table with comfortable seating. We would definitely want to stay here again if we’re in the area again! »

« We stayed for a spring vacation .. we’re former 2nd home owners at Apollo beach .. the house is in a great location .. close to restaurants, grocery stores , post office, liquor stores .. the pool gets a lot of sun .plenty of room in thr house , great seat on thr dock to enjoy the sun . the owner is very responsive to fix issues .. the cookware isn’t the greatest but the house is otherwise a good spot .. »

« We came for the Sarasota Arts Festival and are glad we stayed in this area. We own several long term and two short term rentals so we know how things should be managed. This property checked all the boxes. It was spotless and very well maintained. You can walk to several good Resturant’s and the local beach. We really enjoyed the Italian and Greek Resturants. The beds were comfortable and the screened in porch was an added luxury. »

« The property location was perfect for us, only a 5 minute drive from our son's apartment downtown and in the outskirts of Historic Kenwood, home to quaint architecture we enjoyed walking and driving by. The property was sufficient, but the furniture could have been more comfortable for those of us with not so young backs! Also, check in instructions mentioned additional towels available, but we didn't find any more bath towels or kitchen towels for drying dishes. »

« This was perfect for my multigenerational family to stay, They had EVERYTHING we needed in the kitchen. Lots of towels and pillows for everyone. My elderly parents were able to get around with no problems. The house has plenty of room to get away from each other also. »

« We spent 5 days with family. The hosts were excellent at answering all questions quickly and accurately. The house is on the water in a beautiful setting. We had 9 adults in our party and there was room for everyone. The game room was a great place to relax in the evenings. The kayaks were lots of fun for morning paddles to see manatees in the next cove. Some enjoyed a nice bike ride one evening. There is so much to do to keep everyone happy. « Pros: The employee who welcomed us: Jake! He was absolutely lovely. Nice accommodations (kitchen included in the suite), walking distance to Ben T. Davis beach and located right next to the Bahama Breeze restaurant. Also walking distance from other restaurants such as Aqua, Rusty Pelican and Whiskey Joe’s. Free breakfast everyday at the hotel. Cons: Housekeeping only cleaned up once during our 5 day trip. We ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly…The breakfast options were not great and they...

« Honestly this had to be one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. The place was clean. A little modern apartment right down town. The only thing I would change would make the water temperature a little hotter. I like hot showers. But overall I can’t wait to stay there again. »
