The villa spans 200 sqm of living space and sits on a 600 sqm plot, offering ample room for relaxation and entertainment. With its private swimming pool, expansive terraces, and proximity to both the sea and the vibrant town of Chania, Villa Alya ensures a memorable stay.
Indoor Facilities
The ground level of Villa Alya features an open-plan living area, where guests can relax on a comfortable sofa while enjoying the 40 Smart TV with satellite channels or soaking in the sea view. Large sliding doors provide direct access to the pool terrace, making it easy to transition between indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while the dining area for four offers an intimate setting for enjoying your creations.
There are two bedrooms on the ground level. The first is a beautifully designed queen-size bedroom with a sea view, air conditioning, and direct access to the yard. The second bedroom features a large single bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and air conditioning, also with access to the yard. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available on this level.
On the upper level, guests will find a spacious bedroom with twin-size beds, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The bedroom also boasts a balcony with both sea and mountain views, offering the perfect spot to enjoy the surrounding beauty. A cozy living area on this floor includes a sofa that can be converted into two additional single beds upon request (at an extra cost), providing extra flexibility for larger groups. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available on this level for added convenience.
The lower level of Villa Alya features a fourth bedroom with twin-size beds, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, ensuring guests enjoy a restful stay in complete comfort.
Outdoor Facilities
Step outside to discover Villa Alyas private outdoor space, designed for ultimate relaxation. The 36 sqm swimming pool with a depth of 1.40m is perfect for refreshing dips while taking in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, providing ample space for sunbathing and enjoying the warm Cretan weather.
The villa also offers an outdoor shower for cooling off after a swim and a charcoal BBQ for those who enjoy outdoor cooking. The dining table, situated in the outdoor area, comfortably accommodates all guests for al fresco meals. With ample parking space, Villa Alya provides everything you need for a peaceful and luxurious stay in Crete.
Villa Alya is part of the Olympia Villas Complex, which includes three villas: Villa Anthos (1 bedroom, 2 guests), Villa Alya (4 bedrooms, 9 guests), and Villa Fos (3 bedrooms, 8 guests). For larger groups, multiple villas can be booked together for a seamless stay.

Pool Policy
The swimming pool of Villa Alya can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 27-28?C, depending on the weather conditions, from March through June 10th and from September 10th through the end of November. Please note that we require 5 days advance notice for this amenity, and when selected, it is provided only for the entire duration of the stay.The cost of the heated pool can be paid only with cash upon arrival. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 2EUR per night from April to October and 0,5EUR per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
