The holiday apartment Otte on the first floor with a step-free interior is located in Apen and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing stay. The 48 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, and a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This holiday home features a private outdoor area with a garden and playground. Additionally, there is a shared outdoor area with a covered terrace and barbecue facilities.



The apartment is about 4 km from a pool with a waterslide and a large children's playground. There are also three amusement parks nearby. Fishing opportunities and attractive cycling paths are in the immediate vicinity. Upon request, visits to the neighboring farm can be organized, where you can feed and pet animals, drive a tractor, and participate in other activities (some for an additional fee).



Two parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A small dog may be allowed upon request. Smoking and parties are not permitted. You are asked to close the windows and leave the apartment swept clean before departure.
