Villa's in Anzio

'Ruime villa, waar we eigenlijk op de nachten na alleen maar buiten hebben geleefd. Goed uitgeruste buitenkeuken met zelfs muziek mogelijkheid en sattv als je dat zou willen. Alles is aanwezig en soms zelfs dubbel met ook nog een keuken binnen. Schoon zwembad wat netjes wordt bijgehouden. Via app contact met eigenaar die problemen snel oplost en goede tips heeft voor uitstapjes etc. Ook lekker gegeten in zijn restaurant. Omgeving met veel blaffende honden was jammer en kan voor lichte slapers de...

'Me, my husband and 7 friends traced to Rome for the 2023 Ryder Cup. Although the perfidy the YS team disappointed us, the Italian villa in Albano Laziale did NOT. From the gracious hospitality of Ivano the owner, to the talented professional private driver and chef, our group was pampered and cared for during our entire stay. We created many fond memories in this charming and relaxing villa. We highly recommend it for family or friends seeking a fun Italian getaway.'

'We had a great time at the house: enjoyed the large pool and travelling to Rome was ideal. House is big, with a basement with football table, 3 bed rooms and very clean. Large green property with barbecue and outside seating within olive and fruit trees. We enjoyed our stay very much.'

'Fantastic grounds, facilities and pool area. Great staff to help us during the stay. Drawbacks, airconditioning needed at least in the bedrooms. There was a mosquito problem due to stagnant water in fountains about the property.'

'We had a really lovely time staying in this very expansive villa. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by us on a daily basis. Being near Rome allowed us to site see the capital a few times. Being so close to Ciampino and its shopping facilities was also a big plus. Donatella was a fantastic host, alwasy responding promptly to our queries.'

'With friends or parents you can really enjoy your stay. Outside swimming pool, garden, forest give you possibilities to organize fantastic days. Villa is gully equipped for breakfast lunch and dinner.'

Petites faiblesses : stationnement sur la voie publique parfois un peu difficile, absence de wifi, absence de climatisation,route très passante.'

We were able to wLk a very short distance to coffee shop, several ristorantes and pizzeria. Supermercato is close by as well. I enjoyed sitting in the back under the canopy during the day and late at night. Neighborhood is very quiet. I loved the mattress and bedding on the double bed in rom with half bath. 'House was just as described. Was very clean and filled with all the amenities you could possibly need and more. Stefania was an excellent host from start to finish, going above an beyond helping us to organise taxis on multiple occasions and offering advice on nearby restaurants and train stations. Will definitely be back!'

'De vakantiewoning ligt vlakbij het strand op een uurtje rijden van Rome en Ostia. Ideaal dus voor een vakantie boordevol cultuur en ontspanning aan het strand!'

'If you want quiet and remote spot this is a perfect place. You will need your car as there are no taxis and train station is not that close on hilly road. Nice little getaway from all location. Hosts are very nice ans house is well kept.'
