We found the staff to be very dismissive and rude when asking for basic things such as water. 'Prachtig hotel met super schone en mooie kamers. Vriendelijke mensen. Fantastisch ontbijt. Gelegen aan het strand met surf faciliteiten en gratis bedjes. Het enige verbeterpuntje is de aanwezige gym. Sterk verouderd met oude apparatuur die niet te gebruiken is. Wanneer dit ge update wordt is meer dan 5 sterren waard. '

'The Alk Hotel is an amazing place to stay. The staff are all wonderful & so kind and helpful. We arrived early & our room was ready, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed & great view. Breakfast was perfect, a selection of hot and cold, all so fresh & totally delicious. Great coffee too! A massive thank you to Rita.
