'Best location. On street with everything you need within 2 minutes walk. Including the train station only being a couple blocks away. Back bedroom floor looks like it hadn’t been swept however. Check in was a breeze. The balcony overlooking the busy street was an extra plus. '

'Ms Elena was very helpful, the building is hard to find, so she came to get us from the junction. She also sent a cab to come pick us up. She explained everything to us about the apartment that we needed to know about. The owner was very thoughtful when I brought up a minor concern, he resolved the issue immediately. Communication was excellent. Elena gave us a departure gift. She also made it easy for an uber pick up to the airport at 330 am. That you Elena and Jack for your generosity'

'Geweldige locatie in het oude centrum van Nice. Mooi appartement je proeft zelfs hier de sfeer van Nice (en de sfeer in het oude Nice is in onze ogen tegen het perfecte aan, mooie en fijne eetgelegenheden, leuke winkeltjes en leuke barretjes). Frank heeft het prima hier voor elkaar, fijne bedden, fijne slaapbank. Onze kinderen van 12 en 14 zijn niet altijd gecharmeerd van een stad, maar de 5 nachten in Nice was ook voor hen een geweldige ervaring. En blije kinderen betekend ook blije ouders....

'Originally thought that the apartment was a bit expensive until we saw it. We especially liked the windows in the ceilings.Apartment VERY nice and clean. Everything worked quite well. The owner helped us find great restaurants and was available by phone at all times. The village is fantastic, especially at night. A+ for us.'

'Very relaxing property with 2 nice bedrooms with ample storage and 2 baths. Apartment on second floor; there is an elevator which we used for baggage. It is quiet. Large living room and beautiful view of the water from one bedroom and also the living room. The balcony was wonderful, perfect for relaxing with guests. The view of the water, boats, and people swimming across the bay is stunning. Proximity to the train station and beach was perfect- 5 minute walk; the vielle ville was about a 10...
