'We loved our stay at Lost Creek Bluebird. We didn't expect the commute to the marina but loved the seclusion of the house. We had some of our family come in from St. Louis and some came from NE Arkansas and the house was a perfect meeting place where we were all under one roof. We played games, roasted marshmallows, made cupcakes and just enjoyed each others company.'

'The location is somewhat remote and consequently very quiet and private. Loved that. Cell signal was intermittent and there was no television, no DVD player which forced the family to actually spend time together playing games and talking. Glad we did it.'

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my beloved golden doodle, he also gives The Loft of Arcadia 5 woofs!!!'

'Overall I'm impressed with the upkeep of this historic property. It was well kept and situated right in the middle of town providing us convenient walking access to the venue. Definitely would recommend staying if you're in the area!'

'The house is nice and cozy and clean. The furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensil and pans. LOTS of towels and toilet paper! The owners are very nice and accommodating. Ice and firewood are available for inexpensive cash purchase on property. Very easy access to the lake and marina. The only challenge was the WiFi. It worked ok for some streaming services, but less so for anything else. We had a lot of fun. Hope to see you again soon!'
