AMI did not disappoint! Our first trip to the area and we will definitely be back. Outdoor area was absolutely beautiful. Family of 6 with teenagers and the bedroom setup was great plus 2 living rooms to enjoy in the evenings. Perfect quiet location-close to the bay, ocean, coffee and food. We could have gone without the rental car since we could get everywhere we needed with the golf cart.

Spring break cousins trip

We absolutely loved this house!! It is so guest/kid friendly. Has everything you need. Great communication for check in and check out. Everything about our stay was perfect. Pool/spa is amazing. Spent a lot of time in the hammock and by the pool. This was our first time on AMI and will absolutely be coming back!

Property was beautiful. They had a lot of towels and great amenities. Pool was awesome and all of the pool/beach stuff. Some of the things I didn't like were - they need to wipe down the walls around the hallway bathroom as there is dried pee on the walls and surrounding areas Also the bunk beds and some of the walls need some wiping down. If the hot tub was actually working, that would have really made my stay much better. A little more communication or instructions on the lock, explanation on the alarms would have been better. Lastly no fire pit when it is being advertised on the ad is not cool. Some type of advice on the golf cart about the handle to push down harder to make it go and that the police like to give tickets so be more careful when parking.

Great experience with staff from check in to check out. House is well equipmed for tons of fun outside by the pool. Short distance on golf caet to restaurants and shops on the island.

Perfect!

Beautiful house and outdoor pool area. Kids loved the pool. Close public beach access of the bay side and short golf cart ride to the gulf side. Awesome to have a golf cart included in the rental! Super responsive and friendly staff when communicating about check in. Only way to make it better would be to have a bathroom in the pool area. We will be back!

Beautiful vacation accommodation

This is a beautiful home, spacious, well equipped and luxurious furnishings, linens and decor. Enough space for everyone to have privacy, abd some very nice touches like games etc. The pool, yard and entertainment area are perfect for a trip to Ana Maria. It’s just a short golf cart ride away to everything. We called management co twice , once for the online screen in the kitchen (was fixed, but then it went off again) and then the spa / pumps in the pool stopped working. The spa/ pumps were not fixed during our stay- but this didn’t stop us enjoying the pool. The grill, fridge and flooring in the downstairs entertainment area needed a really good clean. Everything else was wonderful.

Second stay here

Beautiful house and backyard. We stayed here last year and loved it so we decided to book it again. We did have an issue with the dirty pool. We weren’t informed about any issues, but the pool maintenance guy told us the pool filter was cracked and hasn’t been fixed yet, so nothing was being filtered through, causing a very dirty pool all week. Not a huge deal, but would have liked to know that ahead of arrival and possibly had someone come out to clean it daily. Overall it was a good stay, but could tell the house/ property was in a little bit rougher shape than last year. I did email the property manager to let them know how the visit was, but never did hear back from owners of the house. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Beautiful home, great experience but some shortfalls

The home is beautiful and very clean. The pool and outdoor space was the star of the property. The check in and check out process was easy. Appreciate all of the beach gear that was available to use as well. With all that said, the property is starting to show signs of wear. Almost all the outdoor furniture needs new cushions and looks more tired than in the photos. The spa is truly just a spa, it does not get hot, it really doesn’t get any warmer than the pool. The pool heater and filter didn’t work for the first 2 days of our trip, someone did come and fix it the following day. They are a bit stingy with supplies. We were given just 2 dishwasher pods to last for an entire week. Similar problem with laundry pods. Overall, with a few improvements I would recommend this property.

Property location was nice.

Upon checking in we tried using TV’s. Two days later we were told the cable was down. We rested this beautiful home for our Father’s 80th birthday. The beautiful pool area is not accessible from inside the house. You need to go outside and down the stairs. There is also no bathroom down in the pool area. Had this been disclosed in the listing we may have looked elsewhere. House was nice but didn’t fit our needs.

We arrived 2 hours before check in. I called the office and was told it would be ready in an hour. During that period, no one came to the house and we were not allowed in until exactly 4 pm. Would have like better communication!! House was great otherwise

Beautiful house

The backyard was paradise. Our entire family of 8 was able to have enough space to relax and soak up the sunshine! Cornhole, putting green, hammock and gorgeous pool. A few things were deactivated by owner that we didn’t know about beforehand (fire pit by pool and outdoor speaker), but that didn’t cause a major issue. There was major construction next door for the entire week, but that’s out of anyone’s control. Beautiful location and we would rent again!

Perfect Family Hideaway for Spring Break

Coconut Cove house was perfect for our vacation on Anna Maria. The house is exactly as it appears in the listing. The outdoor spaces are amazing: resort-like pool/hot tub and yard with multiple outdoor living spaces and outdoor kitchen and play areas. Well stocked with all the toys and fun you need. The interior was very clean (the most clean of any VRBO we have done) and comfortable for our family of four. Two separate and comfy living areas, a small/basic kitchen, a designer-inspired master bedroom with huge bath and walk in shower, and two basic guest rooms which share a bathroom. Big driveway. Location was perfect. In a quiet residential area but less than half mile to center of Anna Maria shops and restaurants. The management company was also really helpful. When we arrived there was an issue with the pool heater (operator error from previous renter). We were able to reach them immediately and they had it resolved within hours. Then followed up to make sure all was well. Would defiantly return and highly recommend.

Amazing place. The outdoor facilities are like your own oasis!

This property was amazing inside and out. We did have a bit of a challenge with the hot tub getting hot and it took a few days to resolve. Everyone we talked to was very helpful.

Words don’t describe the beauty!!

This property was absolutely exquisite!!! We used every bit of the property and couldn’t be happier. The outdoor living area was incredible. The house felt like our home from the minute we stepped in. There isn’t a place that you can’t just sink into and relax. We are so grateful to the owner for sharing this piece of paradise!

Exactly as advertised

We loved this house. Perhaps too much as the tweens and teens did not want to leave the pool/backyard . Beach was close enough and good parking , bay across the street which was lovely. All beach equipment clean and ready to go. House clean. Everything we needed . Ac worked great . Fans in every room a plus . Loved sitting on the front porch rockers with the bay view . Had a wonderful stay. Thankful for the early check in!
