The property was exactly as described. The house was clean, the beach wagons with accessories was a huge bonus. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday after the beach. Prime location to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Great spot

Overall, this was a fantastic vacation spot. The location was excellent - close to beach, bars, and restaurants. The amenities were fabulous - bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons to carry it all down to the beach. The property was very clean and well equipped. Pool table, cornhole, swimming pool with jacuzzi, BBQ in a very nicely done backyard that gave that real "vacation vibe". Tip for the sliding door between the patio and garage that is alarmed: Press a a button on the top of the door every time you open it, and be sure to close it within 15 seconds to avoid the alarm from going off. The properties next door have the same thing and we could frequently hear it over there too. The only reason I took off a star was one of the dresser drawers fell off when we were unpacking and smashed one of our guests big toes which became fully black immediately and painful. I realize this is an unpredictable occurrence, but when we notified the management company, they didn't even seem to acknowledge it. Having said that, we still had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again.

Family vacay

This home has an amazing location and was walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. We had an unfortunate pool experience where the heater was not working for over half of our trip. I spent everyday on the phone with the rental company who at first insisted it was working but then sent someone to.check it and it ended up needing a new pump and heater. We had 5 small children on this trip so that was a big bummer. They claimed the pool was checked before we got there but it didn’t seem that way.

Very clean and can't get a better location!

This property was a very short walk to the beach. It is the 3rd house down from shops and restaurants. Everything was so convenient! Bed linens were very comfy, rooms large, beds large, tv in every room. Outdoor area was nicely done. Too cold to use pool when we were there (would have paid extra if they heated it to a higher temp). A little oasis in the backyard - we sat out there and grilled. Kitchen had everything we needed along with a huge pantry for groceries/snacks and a huge kitchen table (we sat 11 for dinner). Two bedrooms exited out on to a private balcony; a third bedroom had their own balcony. Would definitely stay here again. Wish the listing had a drawing (layout) of where all rooms are would be my only suggestion.

This place was perfect for our group of 12. We had 6 adults & 6 kids (13-17 years old) The beach is a 5 min walk, the ice cream shops were amazing and having the little shop at the corner available to grab any last minute grocery/beverage needs was so convenient!

Great location, great space!

We were very pleased with our stay at Bermuda Bay. The house fit everyone perfectly. The large kitchen table and island provided enough space for our group. Remember to bring some spices from home! Linens provided were helpful. Would love to see enough beach chairs provided per occupancy. We will be back!

Didn’t want to leave Bermuda Bay

This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults for a week. Great amenities and lovely decor! We’ll equipped kitchen. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Bonus beach wagons made the quick walk to the beach a breeze. House was very clean including the pool which was serviced twice during our stay. Listing said 8 bikes, but only 5 on property. Nice way to get around the island. More visits to Pizza Social and Two Scoops ice cream than we cared to count. Ginnie and Jane-E’s on the corner has the absolute best smoothies ever. Fave dinner was at Waterfront. Sunsets at Bean Point a must see.

Family trip

We absolutely loved the Bermuda Bay house! The location is great. The pool and outdoor area are perfect for kids and adults. The spiral staircases are a little tricky especially when wet. We had a few "maintenance" issues upon our arrival but the Beach House property management company and the owner worked above and beyond to rectify the issues. They were very professional and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend Bermuda Bay and we look forward to a return trip.

Location, Location, Location

I have been to the Island before and stayed at another rental, this one beats it by far. We were on a family trip, there were 12 of us and this house was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and restaurant. Plenty of things to do at the house if weather doesn't cooperate and the roof deck view is gorgeous. Had contact with the owner of the house due to a unforseen repair a week before our stay and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was still enjoyable. Owner is amazing. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AND STAY IN THIS RENTAL AGAIN!!!!

Family Getaway

Our family of 8 adults and 5 children stayed for one week at this beautiful property. GREAT location with a short walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants & shops. The home was perfect for our family. The backyard was the perfect oasis for our large family. The pool was perfect and it was nice to enjoy a relaxing dip in the jacuzzi at night. We made amazing memories with our adult children and grandkids.

Wonderful Florida Family Getaway!

A wonderful property that has space for everyone to gather both inside and outside around the shaded pool, as well as many balconies and private spaces to retreat from the group. The location on the island is wonderful... only a block and a half from the beach (even the little ones could walk there), and within walking distance from many great restaurants. If you get tired of the neighborhood, it's easy to bike or take the trolley/monkey bus to other areas close by. Don't miss the Robinson nature preserve and the liveliness of Bradenton Beach! My only warning is that this is not a great property with those who would have problems with steep staircases. Our toddlers did well, with a lot of supervision.

We had an awesome time’

Our accommodations were great. Everything you would need was provided! We absolutely loved the swimming pool! The location was very convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. This location is not appropriate for anyone in a wheelchair or with difficulty walking up and down stairs.

Amazing location and house.

My family and I love Anna Maria. This is our first year staying at Bermuda Bay and we loved it. The kids loved the arcade, hot tub, beach toys, bunk beds, foosball, the list goes on. The adults loved the decks, pool, short distance to the beaches, stores, restaurants. Would highly recommend the golf cart rental as it makes drives fun for all. Thanks, The Gengo’s

Great rental

Great rental! Location was perfect, house was spacious. I would say the only negative is the hot tub did not get hot, and when it rains the street has poor drainage and will back up in garage and backyard. We had a great vacation would stay again.
