'Great location about 5 min drive to north Anna Maria beach or 10 min walk to the bay side for beach. Loved getting to walk to several local restaurants and would definitely recommend trying Ginny’s and Jane E’s for pastries and coffee.'

'Condo was cozy and clean. Lots of things within quick walking distance. I’d recommend renting a bike though if you like the beaches on the gulf side or to get to Bean Point. I didn’t and regretted it every time I’d walk out for the sunset. It’s a leisurely 16 minute walk to the end of Pine Street, but doing that with a beach chair and/or bag isn’t ideal and there isn’t much for parking near the beaches. 'A quick trip for mom's to stay away from home. This quaint little 2nd floor cottage fit our needs. A short walk from the beach was perfectly situated 1 house off the beach. We walked across a wooden walkway that was beneath a canopy of mangrove trees. Having bikes was an absolute perk! We biked 2 of the 3 days we were there. Joyce (office staff) was so helpful too!!! We will be back'

'The bed was a double. The couch old and not comfortable to sit on or should I say “in” pull out for bed disgusting tried to make husband more space I could not sleep in it .needs replace. Bathroom kitchen updated and clean'

'PROS: Great location on the beach block. Less than 10 minute walk from shops and a few restaurants. Pine street with more shops and restaurants only a short bike ride away. Free trolly available to get to bridge street. Plenty of beach chairs and equipment available to use with good size pool. CONS: Seemed smaller in person than it did on the listing. Absolutely no storage for luggage and clothes- just a very small linen closet and no dressers. Bed was okay, but not the most comfortable.'

'This location is PERFECT! We were able to walk to the Bayfront beach or the gulf-side. Very close to pine Ave and all the main restaurants. We rented a golf cart which was fun but you could definitely get around easily just walking. Bed was comfy enough and nice accomodations'

'Perfect location, very clean, owners weren't intrusive at all, didnt even know they were anywhere around. Very nice neighborhood. We rented a golf cart for a few days, and the parking wasnt a problem. However, if there wouldve been someone else at the property, im not sure where we wouldve parked it, due to the designated parking for guests. 'Very comfortable dwelling. Close to Pier, shops, restaurants, and island trolley pickups. Extremely clean and neat. Owner easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again!'

'Nice unit, but a bit difficult without a washer and dryer in the unit and one can easily be put in in the closet of the main bedroom. We asked for more towels and were told they would be coming, but none were delivered. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed and we liked the pool, outdoor patio, and proximity to the pier. Thank you for a lovely stay.'
