« I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here. »

« These are just very basic rooms, small with no amenities, BUT very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the property was quiet. Very good value for the money. If you want to avoid high hotel costs, and you're just looking for is a place to shower and sleep, I highly recommend! Definitely will stay there again. »

« The room was very spacious and we enjoyed the soaking tub. It appeared the room had not been cleaned in sometime. There was hair all over the bathroom, in the shower, around the toilet. There were nail clippings throughout the room, found on the carpet by the bed and other random spots on the carpet. For the price we paid for the room, I was expecting it to be better cleaned. »

« First day was made aware of a 60 dollar upcharge or as the receptionist called it a deposit. Why would you need a deposit when I have pre paid for the room in advance ? In case you damage it was the response. What the hell would 60 dollars pay for in damages. Anyways I paid it. « The place is charming with high ceilings and big windows, and we even had a fireplace in the room. I am not sure if it works or if we were allowed to use it. it was summer anyway. However, there was no microwave in the room or the hotel as a whole, and there was no ice machine, the kind of things that you would need at a hotel.
The hotel had a parking lot in the back, which is a great amenity when the hotel is in a kind of a busy area (not to say that anywhere in Clinton, MI is busy!)...
