« Room 157 needs some love, faucet in bathroom sink is loose, moved every time I turned it on,handle on tub faucet was loose made it difficult to adjust temperature of water, was glad there was a safety bar next to the tub,but no safety straps in the tub made it a bit slippery, wife had surgery at U of M hospital and didn't feel like she was safe enough to take a shower. The hotel as a whole was decent, staff was helpful food in the restaurant was good, location to the hospital was good as well,...

« Nice staff. Several amenities offered but somewhat mediocre. Breakfast was very limited choices compared to comparable hotels. Gym was very small and limited weights and equipment. The building is definitely older but had been redecorated. Rooms were clean. Common area floors and walls showed dirt and wear. »

The room was clean, comfortable and stylishly appointed. We were surprised to see a genuine Nespresso coffee maker in the room. The only negative in our viewpoint was on inability to self-park our car at this location. We don't mind paying for parking, but we're not fans of valet service and were disappointed that we could only valet...
