'Chambre propre'

'The staff members are very friendly and supportive. There are supermarkets and resutaurants around the hotel, so the location is very good. Relatively, this hotel is very good and convinient.'

'Hotel looks good .Staff is great especially Fy Razanajatovo from the front desk did great job helping with everything we needed.I did not like traffic noise from the street in my room.Windows are not noise proof and also sometimes there was a smell of the smog from the cars in the room in spite of closed windows.Restaurant was serving great foods and also lobby bar was doing good job.Overall it was good stay there.'

'The hotel is nice, with a good view, nice and clean rooms, friendly staff. The days I stayed there the weather was rather chilly especially at night. The room I stayed in had no heating (like many other hotels in Tana, as I was informed), which made my stay less than comfortable. When I settled the bill I was informed that the price per night was over the rate that was advertised (100€ instead of the rate of 89€ ). When I pointed out that I found this problematic their claim was that this was...

'This is a great place to stay . The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Nice bathroom with good shower, hot water and big towels. The staff are very friendly and helpful . As per info on website we expected buffet breakfast with fresh fruit etc . Instead breakfast is in attached cafe - nice but no fruit . Breakfast staff very friendly. It was difficult to communicate with this hotel via Expedia website and Expedia were no help at all.'

'This hotel is located in the lower town of Tana and that would have been bad, if it weren´t for the fact that it is located next to a small lake which gives it a better feel. The area is run down but the hotel is not. Rooms are fine albeit with a standard design, there are some good restaurants and there is a good shuttle and taxi service. The most impressive was the service attitude of the staff, particularly the reception staff - really excellent. There is a bank in the hotel for money...

'Colbert is better than ever before making it one of the best around the area. A must try!'
