'Petronio and his staff were absolutely wonderful! So kind, super accommodating and helpful. The rooms were very unique, and the view overlooking the town and across to the volcano was just stunning. Breakfast was delivered to our door each morning in a little basket, and the staff booked us cabs when we were ready to go into town. Although with the breeze, the birdsong, the clouds, and the volcano, I could have stayed put for the entire trip!'

El trato del staff completa la experiencia con su natural amabilidad.

'Beautiful rooms in the woods with many opportunities for walking and seeing birds. But regarding service and breakfast not what you would expect of this type of hotel. Breakfast is basic. Staff are friendly and doing their job. Missed a more personal or famial approach. Staff member told us to be at the entrance of the hotel at 5.50 in the morning to watch birds with him, but did not show up.'

'I cannot explain how fabulous this lodge is. The service is impeccable, the rooms/cabanas are breathtaking and super clean, the food is divine and the local experience is like none other. Stop here! You have found your place to stay!'

'un lugar maravilloso! la comida super deliciosa con una atención exellente. las habitaciones limpias y la cama super comoda. apreciamos la ayuda de luis que nos atendio muy bien y muy atento siempre. Abrahan el guia muy bueno.
