-Guest Agreements and ID Verification: Please provide ID verification and sign the month to month agreement to our host rules.
-Security Deposits: $1500 security deposit that is refundable if the property is left in good condition.
-Cameras: We have cameras facing all entrances and exits of our property. We do not have interior cameras.
-Additional Cleaning Fees: If you leave behind a mess, extra fees apply.
