Excellent stay at Magic Mouse Townhouse #1. Owners are "straight shooters" and excellent with communication and instructions. The king sized bed is amazingly comfortable. Pillows are outstanding too. Everything is clearly labeled. Exactly a 1 mile walk from the townhouse to the entry of Disneyland/California Great Adventure. So nice to walk back to the townhouse in the early afternoon for a little "Mickey Break" and relax in the hot tub before heading back to the parks for round 2. Cannot give this property high enough praise. If I were to go back to Disneyland again, I would try to stay every time! It is that exceptional!!!

Great location, lovely space, will definitely come back!

We stayed here for 4 nights to attend Disneyland for our 5 year old son’s birthday. My mom also came with us, she had her own room and my son loved the room with the bunk beds. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the tram in the parking lot, and then a breeze ride to the park. We went grocery shopping at Food4Less which was only about 5 minutes away, and also there were so many things already in the unit like coffee, seasonings, dish washer soap and dryer sheets which was great. Also very convenient to have things my sons size like a stroller for the park and stools for the sinks/potty. The beds were comfortable, the temp in the house was lovely. Only negative-ish thing was you are right by the park so in the evening you hear and feel the fireworks from the park. But my son slept through them every night so not really complaining in comparison to all the other amazing things this unit had to offer. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation to Disney. Everything was clean and well maintained. We appreciate the extra box fans, laundry soap, and pantry items. Beds were super soft and comfortable , it was nice to have that after a long day at the park. You can't beat the location and the neighborhood was calm and quiet. We will definitely make a return trip.

It was ok as a place to lay your head after a full day of Disney parks. But that's about all it is. The outside is falling apart, the inside is not "Mickeys Clubhouse", and it seems like you made the wrong decision when you step into the unit. The only real thing that's nice is it's so close to the park that you don't have to pay for parking if you don't want to. Other than that, we would suggest staying in a hotel. This property is not as advertised.

Perfect comfortable clean Disney home base

Incredible communication with the owners and the place inside was super cute. The complex is older but the unit is remodeled and had everything we needed for a comfortable home base. We drove to Disney the first day and decided the lines to park definitely were longer than the time it takes to walk. I would rent this place again.

Perfect location near Disneyland

Our 4 day stay was great! The walk to Disney was short and easier then I expected. This condo is well stocked. We were able to make breakfast before heading to the park and even dinners a couple days after. The response was quick from our host when I had questions. Will definitely be booking again when heading to Disneyland.

Great location for few days in Disney!

A nice condo, which is as listed. The complex has some pretty tired-looking properties, but this is well-kept. A few mins walk from the parking to the condo, which meant multiple trips checking in/out, but on the whole was pretty good. Aircon is MUCH more efficient downstairs than up, but definitely manageable. Place is clean, well-kept & comfy for a few days stay, would def stay again! Disney theming & bunk beds were really welcomed by our boys & the kitchen was well-equipped. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Dance competition trip to Disney

Very comfortable and spacious townhouse. Walk to Disney! Pools and hot tub offer wonderful relaxation options. My daughter had a dance competition in the Disneyland Hotel convention center. We were close enough to walk over for the competition and had time to visit the parks, without having to worry about parking fees. We had a great time and would stay again!!

Nicely furnished, beds very comfortable, well stocked kitchen and only a 10 min walk into Downtown Disney! Pictures are accurate, so cute! The outside of condos leaves something to be desired, pretty dated but inside is what counts. Everything worked well except the air conditioning is great downstairs but doesn't really cool the upstairs as well. But there are small fans that help. We would totally stay here again and highly recommend!

Great location to Disneyland. We were able to walk to Disneyland and back all three days. So nice not having to drive and deal with parking traffic and cost. It is a walk though. Maybe two miles to the actual entrance of Disneyland and California Adventures. Nice condo. Fit our needs perfectly.

Perfect Pit Stop

This location was perfect for us to be able to walk over to the park (or tram) and have a full kitchen and all the amenities of a home instead of a hotel room. Having 2 1/2 baths for getting ready and a full size washer dryer in the apartment was ideal - as well as making our own breakfasts and prepping snacks each morning.

Location to walk to Downtown Disney, Disney resorts and parks was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There was a problem with the pool while we were there, and the owner was very responsive and helped us figure out what was going on. Overall a great week and I would recommend staying here with you family for sure.

Good home base for Disney

You won’t find anywhere else for near the price that is close to Disneyland and allows room to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had the base essentials that we needed. Communication with our host was easy. The parking is not ideal. There is a bit of a trek from the parking space to the condo with your stuff. While the rooms are definitely adequate for sleeping and having your own space, the kids room could use a freshening up. The walls were a little dirty and dingy. The master bathroom is beautiful, you can tell it’s been remodeled recently. The towel bar in the hallway bathroom was coming out of the wall. That’s just from kids yanking on it. I let the host know we found it like that. Having a washer/dryer in the condo that is available for use is a huge space saver when you are packing. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for six nights. Spacious, clean, well-equiped condo with easy walk (20-25min) to park entrances. Very well maintained. Excellent communication with our hosts. Nice property with excellent pool and a good playground. Good price for the accomodation. We would definitely stay here again.
