Mn dochter en ik hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in het roze caravannetje. Ik had op voorhand aangeven dat het een verrassing was voor de 13de verjaardag van mn dochter en ze hadden ons caravannetje zelfs versierd met balonnen en happy birthday slinger, super leuk! Alle voorzieningen zijn proper en netjes, zelfbediening barretje met drank en kleine versnapering, mogelijkheid om ontbijt te reserveren aan zeer democratische prijs, vriendelijk personeel, .... kortom alles wat je nodig hebt. Het ligt wel wat verder van het centrum, maar met trein, metro, taxi, fiets, ... ben je er zo... Voor ons is het zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Lovely little stay. Just a wee bit too far out of the city centre for some although it is on the Metro line (15min to Central Station). A really funky little place - not for everyone but if you want a wee adventure - great staff - Michael is was helpful. Sandy. Scotland.

Clean and unique
Super unique place to stay, unisex shared showers and toilets are very clean and all the locks worked and no gaps in the showers so I felt very safe using the facilities. Has a fridge to store your food and a microwave. Very cheap snacks and soft drinks, tea and beer you can buy there. Only downside was the caravans are not sound proof, although people are told to go to another room at 11pm to keep the noise down we were woken up by a hen party at 4am twice running around and screaming. They provide ear plugs but they only mute so much!

Nice, but not comfortable or well locatged
you actually stay inside a camper, which you can barely fit and there is room for the bed and one bag. Its too small to be confortable or to move! It a 20 mins train from the city center, so its far and you have to pay the train back and forth

Thank you for your review! We are an indoor camping and the rooms are all caravans ans beachuts! We hope you knew there is a metro station around the corner, van der Madeweg, 350 meters, and from there you are within 12 minutes on Amsterdam Central Station.

I stayed at Outside Inn for one night with my girlfriend, we both loved the style of the campers, it was a great change of pace! Super cute and fun place to stay, with very kind and accommodating staff. I highly recommended!!

Concept of staying in a tent/camper van inside a building is something out of the box. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam which is easily accessible to the Main attractions/Centraal area. Beds were vet comfortable and toilets-bathrooms were super clean and tidy with all necessary amenities. Staff was excellent. Must stay place and looking forward to stay there for more days next time!

Excelente lugar
Es un lugar increíble para quedarse, una experiencia única, la verdad lo recomiendo mucho. Sobre la ubicación, el metro y el camión que te llevan al centro están a 5 minutos caminando, es muy tranquila por la noche pero no está a una distancia caminable al centro. Cada habitación está más bonita que la otra, lo recomiendo para viajeros en pareja y con amigos.

I spoked with the owner personally and he was very sincere to the welfare of his guests. He asked me if how was the temperature of the building and if it was ok. He cares about his guests. The place is clean and organized. The staff were very helpful and you could tell that they are enjoying their job. Good luck and more power!!!

Great experience! They don’t mention that the bathrooms are shared among all residents but the bathrooms are kept very clean! Public bathrooms just mean there’s a single room with many sinks/private showers and private toilets.

I got lost for 4 hours trying to find this place, not because it was hard to locate, but because I was visiting from the U.S. and I had forgotten to change my phone to the international plan and it would not work. These employees helped calm me down as I was overwhelmed and gave me some recommendations on where to go, where to explore, and even how to try and fix my phone. I am so grateful they were able to help me when I needed it. I will never forget my experience here. Thank you!!

Prachtig. Wij hadden een strandhuisje. Er stonden 2 losse bedden in. Het sanitair was geweldig en super schoon. Je hebt écht het gevoel van een camping maar dan binnen. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Wij gingen naar een concert in de Arena en deze was in minder dan 20 minuutjes lopen. De auto konden we gewoon laten staan (gratis van 18.00 tot 9.00 uur) Wij gaan hier zéker terugkomen!

Unique place
Very relaxing campsite atmosphere in the city but it never rains. Great retro period caravans and beach huts. Excellent and clean shower facilities very helpful staff. Would definitely go again.

I love everything about the concept and im already planning my next booking, this time with a friend. I gave "area around the property" 4, but to be honest , its because im not familiar yet with what is in walking distance.

Het was een verrassing voor m'n dochter als overnachting bij een concert in Afas Life. Ze sloeg stijl achterover toen ze de indoor camping zag. Precies het effect dat ik gehoopt had. Prachtige oude caravans en strandhuisjes. De hele sfeer tot in de puntjes verzorgd en goed voor elkaar. Gemeenschappelijk sanitair en douches etc ook goed voor elkaar. Leuke relax/VIP ruimte voor na 23.00h. Ontbijt was ook prima verzorgd. Perfecte bereikbaarheid met de metro. We gaan er zeker nog eens naartoe. Aanrader!
