My friends and I all really enjoyed our stay with Bob. Highly recommend!! Will definitely be coming back. Communication was excellent, the room had everything we needed (and more!) and the area was quite close to a grocery shop, the metro and different cafes/restaurants.

This hotel is a complete scam! They provided me with a code to access both the hotel and my room. My two children and I arrived late at night to find the hotel under construction and eerily abandoned, which terrified my children. The room I entered using their code was filthy, and essential items like toilet paper and towels were missing. I had to secure the door, and while my children slept, I found another hotel and moved there first thing in the morning. When I sent a complaint email, they dismissed me by claiming I had entered the wrong room (which wasn't the case, as the code worked for both the main door and the room) and suggested I go to a different floor (despite the entire building being deserted). Avoid this place at all costs!

I am sorry you feel this way about us Yariv. At Bob W Noord, we boast 2 different locations in the same development site. One of them was still closed and under construction when you stayed with us. Despite your room (008) was ready for your arrival and set up for you and your family (extra bed and welcome amenities) you entered another building and slept in room 208 which was not assigned to you nor open for public.Despite our customer service being available 24/7 and the support number being available in our communication and confirmation email, you decided not to contact us to seek for help. I regret that this happened, as this issue would have been solved within minutes and we would have shown you to your room.Moreover the team try to contact you several times by phone and email and you ignored all the attempts we made to get in touch.Despite your mistake in going to the wrong location, we truly hope you will give us another chance and try us again to fully experience what other travellers say about us.
