'01/8/2025 thru 01/18/2025 I would like to thank the Sun Breeze staff for a very pleasant stay. The front desk was helpful and very friendly. Maid service cleaned our room every day, even wash our dishes. Our room had an ocean view. Hotel is located near shopping areas and plenty of golf cart parking. I would stay there again. Resturant attached to the property by the pool has great food also.'

'The owners and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, the entire team went over and beyond helping our first time in San Pedro a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators.....

'This was our 3rd time staying in the Dock House at the Chat and Chill. What can I say? It’s been so lovely we have come 3 times, 3 years in a row. We love the low key, no frills, all fun that this place is. Daniel and his family keep this place so well kept and wonderful. They are incredible hosts who are so attentive and kind.
