'Rented the cottage for my wife, 1.5 year old, and myself, Andrew was fantastic and easy to get in contact with for all questions/concerns. The cottage, grounds, pool, and hot tub are well maintained and we had a great experience overall. Will be planning another stay here! '

'If you are looking for a beautiful home with plenty of space, a kitchen that leaves you wanting for nothing, and endless opportunity for fun LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!! The kitchen is so well equipped that preparing a family dinner is a pleasure. The pool and hot tub were the perfect ending to every beach day. Both adjustable to your desired temperature. Not to mention a great work from home space with an office off the master bedroom. Doug always responded promptly and was beyond accommodating making...

'Pictures of the house were extremely accurate. Prior to arrival we hoped the house was 70% as good as the pictures and pleasantly surprised to be at 100%. Check in and instructions were easy.'

'Ray offered to get us into the house before the actual check in time. The house is fully equipped and in the best location. We were 2 families travelling with adult children, everyone is very active - this house has so much to offer, the pool, ping pong table, work out space, and so much more. We did not rent a car but we were able to walk into town every day and Sag Harbor is the cutest little town. We could not have asked for a better vacation. Thank you Ray!'
