« The owner was great! Excellent communication! Answered quickly. Gave detailed instructions. The place was immaculate. I usually take my own linens and towels on trips but everything was so clean, I didn’t use them. Easy access. Very spacious. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Very safe area. »

« Pros: The room was great and very clean, with a nice large bathroom and large bed with closet and microwave/coffeemaker. Cons: The host never responded to my messages. Also, I don't know if it was the host or another guest, but the part of the home that was unavailable due to host restrictions had SO MUCH NOISE. The night of 5/8/26 at 4am woke me and my friend up and kept us up for an hour. Overall it was a decent stay, but I don't see myself returning to Cozy Studio Min. »

« This was a beautiful apartment. It was on the third floor of an apartment complex, which gave us many opportunities to get our exercise in for the day. It had a nice balcony to relax and take in the nice weather. The apartment was very roomy and had a washer and dryer. Francine was always available to reply to any questions or problems. Nice place and would recommend it! »
