'The location of this property was perfect for us! Away from the crowds choosing to stay closer to the park, we were able to find refuge and still have reasonable access to groceries and restaurants. Each day we were up early and able to get to the park before the trails were overcrowded. The house had everything we needed for cooking, laundry, and lounging after our morning hikes. Under an hour to Bryce and Zion. 10 minutes from Orderville and ROAM adventure tours like Canyoneering, Via Ferrata, etc.. 30 minutes to Kanab and plenty of places to eat and things to do. Has all the basic necessities and extra touches like welcome snacks and host provided a few extra local products. Easy to communicate with host.'

'We went up for a day of fishing and to just get away from it all. This was a great place to do it all. We could relax and enjoy the views of the lake, make use of the many table games available, or just sit and watch tv without all being on top of each other. The steep driveway was a bit intimidating, however it was well maintained and no one had any issues getting up to the house. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. Would stay here...

'Our family of 5 stayed for two nights while we explored Bryce. Although it was about an hour to the Visitor’s Center, the location worked well for us after arriving in Vegas. We spent most of our time away from the house, but the kids enjoyed visiting with the goats while we were there. Checking in and out was easy. No issues.'

'Geweldig huis uit de jaren 50 met allerlei historie. Geweldige familie die hier heeft gewoond. Omgeving is super. Bryce en Zion wel op een uur rijden maar meer dan genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Let op alles is oud dus deuren klemmen, fornuis is gevaarlijk en koelkast rommelig. Al met al top verblijf voor die prijs in Utah'
