'We rented a pet-friendly apartment with a pool. We were given an apartment that contained sticky, incomplete dishes, extremely stained mattresses, unusable blankets, a non-functioning oven, a broken shower head, a dirty shower, very unkempt grounds, broken garden furniture, and green, diseased pool water. We couldn't let our dogs out of the house because the landlord's aggressive dog kept attacking, biting, and injuring them. We couldn't walk them. The landlord continued to let the dog run free...

'Il check in è stato gestito totalmente online con l'invio dei documenti e dei dati, per il ritiro delle chiavi invece ci siamo dovuti recare all'ufficio che dista circa 30 km dall'appartamento ed abbiamo dovuto conciliare l'orario di apertura dell'ufficio con quelli del viaggio. Una volta ritirate le chiavi ci siamo recati alla struttura che è tra Fermo e Porto S. Elpidio, proprio di fronte al mare in una zona tranquilla con la spiaggia libera.
