« Our stay at Santa Bárbara Hotel was fantastic. The location in the heart of Altea’s Historic Center is perfect — everything is walkable, from restaurants to bars.
The view from our room was stunning and made the experience unforgettable.
The staff is genuinely friendly, and Madara welcomed us warmly with great recommendations — the communication throughout our stay was excellent.
Be mindful that the hotel doesn’t offer parking since the area is fully pedestrian, but it was totally worth it for...

« Lovely small hotel ! The location is in the heart of the old town with easy access to the beach. The room is lovely and well equipped with all amenities. Plus a fridge, coffee and tea. The service is quick and friendly.
But the bed is too small for two.
The plus of this hotel is its restaurant: Shiraz. Excellent exquisite food and choice of wine. We had a lovely evening.
The downside of this hotel is the checkout at 11. It’s too early for travelers spending only one night. And it’s not easy...
« Really lovely place by the beach. Warm welcome from the lady who does the housekeeping. Lovely terrace, spacious clean room, with a lovely partial sea view. Good air con. Really handy to have a fridge in the room too! Could maybe do with some conditioner / shampoo, and is a little noisy from the road. »
