« When i checked in i had to pay a deposit of $50 since i booked thru a third party, you in case there was damage. Even though i got the deposit back, no one told me before hand that it would be required. The staff would not give me a receipt to verify i had paid the deposit. So how was i supposed to believe i would get it back. Also would not give a receipt for my stay, sayingvi would get it from you. Not happy with the whole process so probably will not book with you again orvstay at same hotel »

« We had our booking updated to a newly remodeled room. This updated room was great.Every thing they did with the update was assumed. We are coming back for a stay in September and can not wait to see more updated rooms. We also liked the changes that were made with the hallways and the area where breakfast is serve. »

« Room was not clean,paint was peeling very badly above shower falling pcs of paint in shower. Hallway and elevator was not cleaned. Parking lot was very dark not safe. I didn’t know this area so I picked the hotel on its name feeling it would be a good choice. I definitely over paid thinking it be a good choice but I was definitely wrong I could have stayed much cheaper in a different hotel. I was disappointed and will not stay in this brand hotel ever again. »

« Clean and quiet room . Eating area was clean and relaxing. The staff was pleasant, although they are located at a different property. The parking lot could use repairs. Location was wonderful- in the heart of shopping and food. »
