'Airco/verwarming vrij luidruchtig. In de badkamer liep er water uit de WC en de douche was ook een van de slechtste al gezien. Hotel voelde heel oud aan. Personeel wel heel vriendelijk'

'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'We love that our dogs can stay for free without any hassle. We always stay here when we’re in St. Louis. It’s convenient and clean and the staff is always very kind. The location is kind of sketchy but I have noticed that they’re cleaning it up! The square next door isn’t full of trash and drunks anymore. We’ve parked on the street several times and had no issues, but we’ve also used a nearby parking garage for about half the price of the hotel.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'Room is located in casino and we exptected a spacious and comfortable room and that’s what we got. On site there were great restaurants and bars and of ourse lot’s of gambling. Great stay for 1 night'
