Residenza Alla Collina- Villa Mugoni

The villa features two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with two single beds. The living area includes a kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed for one additional guest. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in both the living and sleeping areas, a bathroom with washing machine and Wi-Fi, as well as parking adjacent to the house.

Outside the villa, there is a panoramic veranda enclosed by large glass windows, a pleasant and bright space that can also be enjoyed on cooler days.

The shared outdoor areas include a well-kept garden, a beautiful infinity pool with panoramic views, an outdoor patio with jacuzzi, outdoor showers and a pool area equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers. There is also a barbecue area and a brand-new playground for children.

Residenza Alla Collina & Romantic SPA is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and is located in the heart of the Porto Conte Regional Park area. We are partners of the renowned Cantina Santa Maria La Palma, and guests can walk among the vineyards and reach our panoramic viewpoint, Belvedere La Collina, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.

From the Belvedere, you can enjoy breathtaking views over the surrounding area and the Gulf of Porto Conte from our famous #panchinagigante. The panoramic viewpoint is available to guests, except when it is reserved for private events.

-Tourist tax: €2.00 per night per person, to be paid locally in cash -

- Security deposit: €400.00 via credit card pre-authorization upon arrival, which we will release after the villa has been cleaned.

-Pets are not allowed at Villa Mugoni

-The outdoor areas are shared

-Security cameras are present in the shared outdoor areas -A €50.00 penalty applies in case of failure to properly dispose of waste

-External visitors and people not registered at check-in are not allowed
