'Great, central neighborhood with a lot to offer. Clean property. Very lengthy signing process (lease agreement, etc), which I haven't had to do before. I asked managing company for recommendations for NYE activities and did not receive any. Netflix on TV did not work. It kept shutting down. Other than that, it was a fun stay.'

'This house was great! Less than a 5 min walk to the bus stop and then a quick ride to the metro! We were able to spend all our days exploring DC and the house was stocked with plenty of blankets, pillows,towels, kitchen utensils, ect!'

'Very nice house in the Del Ray area. Sleeping arrangements were extensive with quality beds. Kitchen could use some additional utensils, pots, pans, glass ware etc. but I think we were the first renters so we understand. Great back yard.'

We were within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The dog park across the street is an extra bonus since we brought our dog. 'We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to check in and drop off our luggage, we immediately had to go to a grocery store to buy toilet paper. It was very odd and inconvenient '
