« 3 adults stayed 4 nights. Apartment is small, but bedrooms and bathrooms are separated and good size. Nicely updated and clean. Kitchen is adequate. 10-15 min. walk to Metro (depending where you're going). A few resturants/bar within walking distance. Balcony was great to hang out on after sightseeing, but could use fresh cushions. Neighborhood is safe, friendly. There is a lot of street noise at all hours - didn't bother us, but could be a problem for light sleepers. Host was quick to respond...

« Caveat: we checked in around 9:30pm and left at 8:00am, spending just one night.Pros: This unit was generally as advertised. It is a very tiny space but very clean and well appointed (had ice in freezer, coffee available, hair dryer, and packaged toothbrushes for example). The bed was pretty comfortable. There is a washer/dryer full size in the unit and detergent is provided. The patio area would be nice in the daytime. It is very close to a Metro Station and even closer to restaurants, grocery...

« Overall great property and host. Had an issue with the A/C host came over at 8:30 pm to check it out and put in a portable unit and gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience. »
