'This was a great option fo traveling in the DC area with two families. We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, but the folks at Hosteeva were very kind and helpful when I called. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong door codes, and our room was being cleaned when we arrived at 4. The cleaning staff was not expecting us; however, the person cleaning our room was friendly and helpful, and he gave us working door codes. 'The condo was clean, beds comfortable. The only real critique were squeaky doors (pantry was very loud) we never could get the heat/air right but I believe it was operator error. We were very happy with access to everything we wanted to see and do. The owner was very accommodating.'

'This apartment worked out great for our family. Walkable to Crystal City metro which is a great station to get to all the activities you want to see in DC (about 15-20 min easy walk and trains about 15-20 minutes ride to the mall). Plus you are right by the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery. Beds as described, ample bedding and pillows for our group of five. 'The property was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our short trip to VA. I couldnt believe how big the beds and bedrooms were! The only downside was that the reserved parking spot rules arent followed at the building. We had to park on the street. Thankfully it was close and that didnt cause any issues.'

'There is no gym as mentioned on line. The overgrown bush at driveway interferes with gaining entrance to the vehicle parked there. Same bush is over grown in the steps leading to front door. Ants were crawling on table when we first walked in. A big centipede was crawling in sink. Yet the “house rules” book stated this place was pest free and discouraged food usage all over the house. Ice maker was not working and ice was dropping from door tray onto the floor as we walked in. Inside the freezer...

'Love the settings to set up the place Management was Awesome anything I needed they were always there to answer that phones To see to my needs, it's peaceful there a home away from home. I didn't want to leave loved it. Restaurants in the area are nice and everything is accommodated very good. I will very much use them again. Thank you guys.'

'The first day we woke up, before we had showered, the electricity was turned off. When we asked the workers about this, they said they did notify the property manager prior to this scheduled work. Very disappointing. we would have re-scheduled, It wasn't turned back on until late afternoon. The final night we were there, a family with young active children arrived late and kept us from falling asleep until after midnight . 'If you're coming to the DC area and love upscale living..... this is the place for you. Uche, the host, is so accommodating and readily available. The house was so clean and exactly like the pictures! We enjoyed our time on the rooftop lounge area! It's complete with all the appliances you'll need, coffee, tea, blender, air fryer, and all the seasonings you have at your own home, is here and ready for your stay! 'This is a really fun location right on King street. Highly recommend. The room is like an efficiency apartment, very cool. We just used the fridge but there is cookware and glass cups. It is a homey kind of feel. We used the dishes and used the sink for daily washing. This apartment is right in the middle of a busy street. So it is pretty lively until after midnight. 'We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to check in and drop off our luggage, we immediately had to go to a grocery store to buy toilet paper. It was very odd and inconvenient '
