It is ideal for families or friends.
This apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of northern Mallorca, Alcanada.

The apartment is 121m². It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a very large living room with a sofa and a TV (hdmi) to relax in, and outside there is a pool and a small dining area.

You will also find a treadmill in the living room so you can stay active if you feel like it :).

Bedroom layout:

1 Bedroom: Double bed (en-suite bathroom with shower)
2 Bedroom: Double bed (en-suite bathroom with shower)
3 Bedroom (two single beds)

We provide (two sets of bath towels, one small and one large, and a pool towel).

If you need a cot or highchair for your baby, I will be happy to provide it.

The entire property has air conditioning.

The pool measures 6m x 3.2m and 1.2m deep, ideal for cooling off on hot days.

Supermarket, restaurants, shops are only 1.3km from the apartment.

Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the price, the cost is (2.20€/day/person 16 years old).
