Heerlijk verblijf Sao Martinho

Het appartement is een fijne plaats om de regio te verkennen waar voldoende te zien is. Maar ook om heerlijk te relaxen bij het strand in de beschutte baai van sao martinho of aan het zwembad dat bij het appartementencomplex hoort. Nette wonjng, prima voorzienjngen;

Nog mooier dan op de foto's!

Wij dachten dat het appartement in het echt nooit zo mooi zou zijn als op de foto's. Maar alles is waar. Het is echt een prachtig appartement. Aan alles is gedacht. De eigenaar is heel behulpzaam en zorgt voor heel veel informatie die handig is bij aankomst, maar ook over de omgeving. De omgeving is schitterend. De silver coast is echt de moeite waard, schitterende uitzichten en dorpjes. Lissabon is een uurtje rijden en ook Sintra is prima te doen. Het appartement ligt op 2 minuten lopen van een heerlijk strand met een gezellige boulevard. Vanuit de slaapkamer zie je tussendoor al het kleine winkeltje waar je heerlijke broodjes kan halen. Alles binnen een paar minuten lopen. Een absolute aanrader!

Great accommodation in a great location

Lovely three bed apartment with all the facilities, including a nice communal swimming pool. The beach and lots of nice bars and restaurants are only a short walk away. A railway line is nearby, but trains were relatively infrequent and didnt interfere with our stay.

Great View but Updates Needed

This apartment is on the third floor with a fabulous view of the bay in Sao Martinho do Porto. During our entire stay wireless internet was not available which cost us $100 to do International Roaming. There is a room on the top floor which I assume is the Games Room that was prominently featured in photos but we were not given a key to access it. The property is in need of updating. The couch in the Lounge has crumbling leather that gets all over the floor and on your clothes. Its cushions are worn out too. The main bathroom has a vanity with rotting wood and rusty towel rods. The bath tub is pulling away from the wall. With a little TLC, this could be a nice property. The owner provided us with great suggestions for visiting nearby historic sites. We enjoyed Obidos, Batalha and Alcobaça. We also enjoyed Fátima and a Natural Park near it with dinosaur footprints.

Apartamento con vistas excelentes y acogedor.

Apartamento situado en pocos metros de la playa (desde la terraza se ve la playa), tiene piscina comunitaria con hamacas y sombrillas gratis. Tiene un amplio aparcamiento. Disfrutamos de la cocina con terraza bien equipada, un sofá cama y una habitación con una litera y una cama nido. Las habitaciones son amplias. Aunque puedes disfrutar del paseo marítimo que se encuentra muy cerca. En resumen, unas vacaciones a gusto y con todo lo que buscábamos para mí, mi marido y mis tres hijos. Gracias a Teresa y a Philip por su atención. Y gracias también por la botella de vino ( obsequio de la casa). Un abrazo.

Lage top, möbel dürften mal gewechselt werden

Sao Martinho do Port ist wunderschön und toll! Die lage der wohnung liegt genau am bahnhof, diesen hört man jedoch nicht wenn die fenster zu sind. Die möbel in der wohnung dürften jetzt mal gewechselt werden. Das gestell vom bett ist klapprig und das sofa „durchgenuddelt“ Scheint so als ob in der Wohnung Schimmel war und behandelt wurde, das hat spuren hinterlassen. Darf also auch mal übergestrichen werden. Es stand drinne das Klopapier, müllsäcke etc zur verfügung stehen, dies war nicht der Fall. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Tout d'abord un grand merci à Teresa qui grasse a elle à été à notre écoute quand au propriétaire il faut surtout rien lui demander a peine arrivé l'ascenseur est tombé en panne mon épouse étant handicapé pour les escaliers j'ai envoyé SMS au propriétaire 4 jours après je n'ai toujours pas reçu de réponse j'ai envoyé SMS à Teresa qui à réagi de suite je trouve cela très incorrect en temps que propriétaire pour ces clients Teresa parle Un peu le français ça été super mais je ne reviendrai pas chez lui

Everything was great. Except one of the toilets did not flush properly, my husband though solved the problem. We had a bottle of wine waiting for us, that was nice, it would be great if there was a little basic spices, like salt and pepper. Overall I recommend this apartment

Pre-Season Experience

The month of May 2022 was our stay at the apartment, and we used it as a "headquarter" to explore more of Portugal. Perfect weather (1 day rain for 3-4 hours) made us enjoy many trips up and down the Silver Coast and also East of Sao Martinho do Porto. Having such a great place as home base for all the excursions was priceless. Coming home and relax after, with a glass of Sangria, and then enjoy the countless Restaurants with their excellent food, it was vacation as you would wish for every time. Uncomfortable and poorly maintained

The apartment is a nice size. However it hasn't been maintained. The jacuzzi doesn't work and the sink in the main bathroom leaks to the point of pooling on the floor. There are a number of radiators that you can't turn on or off because the valves are broken. All of the sofas either have broken springs or frames and the dining room chairs are worn-out. We left 3 days early very disappointed

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Gut eingerichtet, viellleicht ein paar Schüsseln mehr in der Küche. Die Betten sehr bequem. Alles hat funktioniert und über die Heizung waren wir sehr froh. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und sehr schön. Die Betreuung durch Teresa ausgezeichnet, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Diese Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Chemin de fer qui est entre l appart et la plage...

Des grilles de sécurité, qui sont dessoudés, et qui font un bruit énorme toute la nuit avec le vent.( Classement horrible ) Le billard n est absolument pas dans l appartement, mais dans une pièce extérieur ( La pièce n est ni chauffé ni climatisé , et la wifi n a jamais fonctionné ). Il y a un train qui passe entre le bord de mer et l appart .et un peu ( une espèces de casse ). Sinon l appart est propre. et y a un garage pour le véhicule..
