"We got a room with a strange smell (smelled to us like some water mold but werent sure) there solution was to only spray some air refreshner cause that is so healthy. We had a shower with mold on it that wasnt fixed even a day later. After a lot of complaining we finally got a new room that at first "wasn't available" in that new room we had sheets on our bed with some red stains so we had to complain again. And after all that complaining and all those issues we never heard either just a sorry or got some compensation for the state of their rooms we only got looks like we weren't taken seriously or like "oh no there we got those people again". It was overal a very dissapointing hotel in terms of overall service. "

"The cottage is really cute and charming, with a relaxed hippie vibe. The location is beautiful: stunning views and a lovely pool. Aside from the dogs' barking, it was a peaceful and relaxing environment.However… the cottage did have some drawbacks. Upon arrival, it wasn't clean: black mold in the bathroom, a dirty kitchen and pans, an unhygienic bathroom, and the shower drain barely drained, meaning you quickly found yourself standing in a layer of mold-covered water. The screens didn't stay in place properly, and the knife set was of terrible quality. A large picnic table was uncomfortable because it was far too far from the benches. No oven, no Wi-Fi, and no air conditioning, but we knew that already.The entrance to the pool was partially blocked by a large bush, meaning you literally had to crouch down to the pool, leaving welts on your skin. The pool was supposed to be cleaned twice a week, but we didn't see anyone for a week. Fishing out some trash yourself isn't a big deal, but a net with holes won't get you very far.The welcome was brief and rushed; the owner was back in the car within five minutes. No time for questions or explanations.All in all: a beautiful place with potential, but the maintenance and service could definitely be better – especially considering the high price we paid."
