Situated on beautiful park walking distance to New Mexican and Italian restaurants and Golf Course. Close to Whole Foods and University of New Mexico. Great access to freeways and airport.

We are a household of shy, introverts who work from home, so we are around, and available to answer questions or provide suggestions, but won't talk your ear off unless you get Zephyr talking about Danish furniture from the 50's.

We are centrally located on a beautiful grassy park with great views of the Sandia mountains. Because of our central location we have easy access to the freeways and a bike trail that leads throughout the city.

Bike rentals are available 1 mile away at Green Jeans Farmery (restaurant / brewery cooperative) on bike trail system.

We are unable to host animals (service included) because of severe allergies.

Fine for the price. Maybe not quite as sleek as I was expecting -- it has a DIY feel. They've done a lot of creative work on the property. It is only steps away from a secondary, mostly residential four lane; however, noise was not a problem in the farthest away blue unit except for an occasional muffler deficient car (it's ABQ!). Bathroom was nice. Coffee and snacks were thoughtful. It is tiny as described, so you probably won't hang out much there. The owners were quiet. Again -- fine for the price and general location.

Simple and easy, beautiful property.

We are definitely considering coming back again, we came for a quick trip for a concert. It was clean and comfortable, the only one bad thing about her was the yogurt they had for us in the fridge was expired but otherwise great place and great value for our stay thank you!

Great little getaway!

Was the perfect place for a short getaway from family life. Parking is limited to one spot. Had to park on the street. But traffic wasn’t bad. Comfy and clean little spot! Definitely will book for another little getaway!

This bed (& pillows) were wonderful! I slept great! I love that the pictures in the listing showed a non keurig coffee machine because I knew I could bring my own preferred coffee for a just-like-home feeling both mornings. In the fridge there was yogurt, granola, milk, and coffee beans both reg and decaf that we could grind in their (provided) grinder. They also supplied a kraft of water. The bathroom was very nice with a huge shower. The only thing I wish was there - lamps. The lights are either all on or all off. Lamps on the bed/end tables would have been really nice. I recommend this place!!

the operation is 5 star quality. There were unclear communications with the proprietor regarding the specifics of the 6G "keyless" touchpad entry system specifics that lead some inconvenience but the issue was clarified and very much enjoyed my nightz respite! Would book again, as well as recommend.

Nice place, excellent host

The Danish Modern Luxury Mini Suite is exactly as described. The only things not mentioned were positive: granola, milk and yogurt, for instance and a nice fire pit. The bed is very comfortable and yeah, everyone mentions the shower because it is different and really nice. We both liked it a lot. What I liked best, though, is how responsive the host was. Knowing that there’s someone you can contact when you need something is priceless. It was overall a very positive experience.

Unique and great location

We loved the park with food trucks just up the block. The room had lots of thoughtful features and was very comfortable. We were not far at all from the university where we we’re seeing a show and there were great restaurants and shops nearby.

Just what I needed this trip. Minimally furnished, but the owners loaned me a chair to use while there. Good communication with owners when I initiated contact. I plan on being back next time I take a solo trip to ABQ.

Great stay for ABQ Balloon Fiesta

My girlfriend and I stayed here for the ABQ Balloon Fiesta. There is a park with the hill right next to the property and we sat out and watched the balloons lift off in the morning. The owner is very responsive. The bed is comfy. The toilet seat has a warming function which was so nice during the cold, rainy days we were there. Safe and quiet neighborhood, 10 min from downtown, 1 hour from hot springs. Great gem!

Highly Recommend!

The property manager helped to make the check in process as seem less as can be with very detailed instructions. The location was great, near a Whole Foods and gas station which suited our needs for heading out to the balloon fiesta. Clean, comfortable bed and amazing shower. Easy to use air conditioning. Smart TV and reliable WIFI access. They were also thoughtful enough to provide coffee/tea and a small breakfast of yogurt and granola. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!
