Villa Aleksandra - Private Pool

This holiday property only accept reservations from groups over 30 years old.

This luxurious, new house occupies two floors, has a garden and private pool facing east, and enjoys the sun for most of the day. It has a wide and open view over Albufeira and a maximum capacity for 6 people, adults or children. Parking is public, no reservation is required and is located a few meters from the front door of the house.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a large living room with access to the garden and the pool, a bedroom with single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Going up to the first floor we find two en-suite bedrooms, both with double bed and shower cubicle, luxurious and modern, with balconies overlooking the city and pool. On the pleasant south-facing balcony you will find a table and chairs to relax with a view of the city.
In the garden you can find a swimming pool with sun loungers, tables and chairs for your outdoor relaxation, as well as a lounge area to enjoy the nice summer days. The garden also has a grassy area with shade for hot days and an excellent barbecue.
The living room has a seating area where you can relax on the modern sofas or watch cable TV or use the free WIFI we have at your disposal. The room also has a dining area with a modern table and chairs, and is equipped with air conditioning.
The kitchen is modern and top of the range, equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. The water is heated using solar panels. For your security, the house has electric shutters, video intercom and armored door.
On the ground floor there is also a modern double bedroom with air conditioning and also a shared bathroom with bathtub.
The house has a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, ironing board and iron. If necessary, a cot and a high chair can be requested free of charge and will be available upon arrival.
