Villa Eagles Nest is an elegant private residence located in the prestigious Cerro de Águia, offering comfort, privacy and stunning views, ideal for a peaceful holiday with family or friends.



The living room is spacious and bright, with sofas, comfortable chairs and a TV area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for moments of togetherness. The dining room, with elegant decoration, invites long group meals in a relaxed and sophisticated setting.



On the ground floor there are four bedrooms: two en-suite with single beds, one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. This floor also has two additional bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.



On the first floor is the fifth bedroom, a suite with a double bed, ideal for those seeking a more private space.



The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a practical pantry, offering functionality and additional storage space.



Outside, well-maintained gardens surround the heated swimming pool (additional cost), creating a perfect environment to relax in the sun on the loungers. The outdoor dining area allows you to make the most of the mild Algarve days. The property also features a games room with a snooker table and a terrace with table and chairs, providing extra entertainment for the whole family.



Located in Cerro de Águia, the villa is close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and golf courses, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.



The property is equipped with a modern security alarm system. Image capture is an integrated feature of the alarm system and is only activated if the alarm is armed and triggered in response to a possible intrusion.



De incheckdag van deze accommodatie is op donderdag (echter kan er flexibiliteit zijn in het laagseizoen).

Als uw vluchten al geboekt zijn of als uw data vast liggen en niet overeenkomen met de gebruikelijke incheckdag van de accommodatie, verzoeken wij u een informatieaanvraag in te dienen voordat u een reservering maakt, zodat wij kunnen bevestigen of de data kunnen worden geaccepteerd.



Deze accommodatie is self-catering. Voor uw gemak kunnen voedselpakketten (tegen extra kosten) van tevoren worden gereserveerd.



Verwarmde zwembad is altijd een voordeel voor uw vakantie, vooral wanneer u met kinderen reist. Met de zwembadverwarming ingeschakeld, zal de watertemperatuur altijd tussen 5°C en 8°C hoger zijn dan zonder verwarming.



Een auto huren is niet essentieel voor uw verblijf, gezien de ligging van de accommodatie. Desalniettemin kunnen wij u graag helpen met een reservering als u daar interesse in heeft. Wij kunnen ook transfers organiseren, indien nodig.



Borg voor groepen: € 150 per gast, betaald per creditcard of debetkaart tot 2 weken voor aankomst.



Houd er alstublieft rekening mee dat de capaciteit van deze accommodatie 10 gasten is.

Voor de 11e tot en met de 14e gast wordt een extra bedrag berekend dat een extra bed omvat.
