Villa AlGharif is a charming holiday home in Quinta da Balaia, just a 5-minute drive from the center of Albufeira and the region's best beaches. With capacity for 14 people, it offers a tranquil environment amidst nature.



The house features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, including a room with 2 bunk beds (4 people) and a private bathroom, a double room en-suite, and three twin rooms (one of them en-suite).



The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances. Outdoors, there is a spacious garden, a private pool surrounded by trees, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining area. The exterior area is under renovation and will be completed in April 2025.



Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The location is excellent, near beaches, restaurants, shops, and golf courses, ensuring perfect holidays for families and groups.



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 12 people.

The 13th and 14th persons will be charged an additional fee that includes an extra bed (only €140 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
