Fun week

House is nice, location is great.. After we arrived, and brought firewood, we were told renters cannot have camp fires. We were also told the remote for the tv in the master bedroom was previously "misplaced". Overall - good week.

Really liked the proximity to the lake. Beautiful neighborhoods to walk. House was large and clean. Maybe some new pots and pans but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Got to feed the deer by hand!

Girls' getaway weekend

We had a great time here on our girls'weekend trip. The location was great - a quiet area centrally located to the Pocono Mountains sites we wanted to see, and a reasonable drive to Philadelphia one day. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, and having two large tables - one for meals and crafts, the other for our ongoing jigsaw puzzle! Two of the bedrooms had bunk beds, which wasn't ideal for our older group, but we were aware of this going in and it would be a great setup for families. In addition, my daughter accidentally left behind her favorite jacket and Ron, the homeowner, was very helpful and communicative about getting it back to us. Thanks again for that!

Perfect homebase

This property is perfect for a family or group of 7-10. Clean, spacious, and plenty of amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to make meals at home. There are 2 family rooms with TVs which makes it great for movie nights. The location was perfect as a central location for exploring the surrounding areas. 25 minutes from historic downtown Jim Thorpe, 15 minutes from the Hickory run state park visitor center, and less than 10 minutes to the Hawk falls trailhead. We definitely plan to return so we can continue exploring the area. Ron is very attentive and proactive in his communication.

Sooo amazing, peaceful.

The house met us with cleanliness and comfort. It has everything for a good rest: a kayak, bicycles, a game room with table hockey. Beach near a beautiful lake, swimming pool, tennis courts. My kids have found everything they like here. I would like to stay here. After the bustle of the city, the noise - this was what we needed. Quiet, beautiful nature. Thanks to Ron for the services provided.

Relaxing!

Quiet neighborhood. One block walk to beach, pool and clubhouse. Walkable streets. House is very comfortable and roomy. Only negative comment is regarding the rule prohibiting any fires in a firepit. Otherwise would be perfect!

Towamensing Trails

Great property, very spacious, we LOVED the air hockey table in the game room(although the score board did not work) and had epic battles nightly! The tv in the game room is great for movie nights as well with the sound bar and huge TV, with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. Being right on the main road to the clubhouse meant hearing a LOT of golf carts and ATVs nightly which was distracting though it was a short walk to the lake and clubhouse which was nice. Overall a great Pocono family vacation!

Lovely property and great host

We brought the kids to the Poconos for a quick winter break and had a great time staying at this lovely house. The kids loved the game room and the bunk beds, and my wife and I had a lovely time watching TV by the fireplace. Even though it was frozen, it was nice to take a short walk and see the lake. The host was very communicative and set us up for a very pleasant trip. Would highly recommend it.

Pocono Family Fun

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house has plenty of room for a large family to spread out. Our kids LOVED the air hockey table. The location is the best part... just a short (5ish minute) walk from the club house, pool, beach, game room, and playground. The beach was beautiful and, while it was busy Saturday afternoon, it was mostly empty in the mornings and evenings. We also enjoyed watching the wildlife. There was a family of ducks that visited the beach regularly. The deer came right up in the yard and are unafraid, so you can get amazing upclose views. Hawk Falls is a short drive (8-9 minutes) away and was an easy hike with children and the falls were gorgeous. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend away with family.

This was a lovely house that was cosy and comfortable. There were definitely some things that aren't perfect such as a terrible flooring job but that is only an astetic issue. The only 2 actual issues were: 1) Broken railing. The railing overlooking the stairwell was very broken and dangerous. 2) The beds were rather uncomfortable. Plenty of space, all was clean (except a sticky spot on the floor in the den), good communication, nice couches, well stocked kitchen.

The house was exactly as advertised and had everything in it and available that the listing indicated. Our family enjoyed being able to walk quickly to beach and kayak launch. The fact that it included kayaks, life jackets, bikes, etc., was a huge plus. The house was super spacious and our family absolutely loved the air hockey table. We had legendary battles on it. Overall, the trip was exactly what we hoped it would be and we enjoyed the memories we created. Owner is very available and responsive. A tip for others: have cash. Most all things at clubhouse are cash only, like the paddleboat rentals, etc.

Plenty of room!

This rental was conveniently located 1 block from the clubhouse and beach.lake area. The owner kindly emailed in advance that the lake was closed due to bacteria, and provided an alternate swimming area suggestion 15 minutes away (there is also a pool located in the TT community). The house itself had plenty of room for family (grandparents, parents, and children); the kids especially enjoyed taking over the game room to play and sleep while the adults had a separate living room to talk and socialize. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch and on the back deck. It was a very pleasant stay!

Nice Place

The home is well situated, within walking distance of the lake beach, paddle boats, athletic courts, fishing, kayaking, etc. It's a good size with ample space as it has two large living areas. The owner provides bikes, a kayak, life jackets and other recreational things. A very nice place to spend a week at the lake.

Perfect house for a relaxing break from it all

My family was very happy with the house, we found it clean, spacious, and very quiet. We took advantage of the air hockey table in the game room at night, as well as the big screen tv in the game room, and the one in the living room. The fireplace was very nice at night! My daughter enjoyed running around in the snow in the back yard (oh yes! we got some snow when we arrived at the house and it made it look very festive for December. My little one also enjoyed the bunk beds (could not decide in which room to sleep since there are two in the house in separate rooms). The road in front of the house in the community is pretty active which surprised us, but never loud or distracting, I actually liked sitting outside on the porch watching the golf carts and cars go by. All in all we had a great time at the house and my little one was very sad to leave. I would definitely recommend staying at this house ( and this was early December, I can only imagine all there is to do during the Summer months around the community). Last but definitely not least, Ron our contact person for the property was very responsive, and made sure all our questions and concerns were taken care of ( thank you Ron! for everything-appreciate it).

Amazing time

Had a great 3 day weekend withy family! Owners are super friendly and very responsive! House and the area are beautiful! The lake is 5 mins walk and has a pool and lake swimming. I am very happy with this VRBO rental! Thank you and hope to come again in the future!
